BehmHR provides a service for
job seekers in which enables them to upload their resume into our database
for two purposes:
(1) Behm Enterprises
BehmHR acts as the human
resources department
throughout all of Behm
Enterprises as a whole while providing professional services to the corporate
and government communities at the same time. This process works when our staff
in one of the divisions of Behm Enterprises makes contact with the BehmHR staff
that they have a position available. BehmHR then fulfills our duty in filling
that position as soon as reasonably possible to keep each of our divisions
operating as smoothly and efficiently as we have time available to insure of
such.
It is for our
employment applicants to know that BehmHR is an Equal Opportunity Employer and
that your employment and resume information of which we maintain in our records
remains accessible to the BehmHR staff only.
Therefore, when a
staff member within one of Behm Enterprises division companies informs us of an
opening within their team, we then gather the required information from them
regarding what they are looking for, but once gathered, the selection of which
qualified applicant so obtains that position is the responsibility of BehmHR
and is beyond the control of whichever division made such a request at that
given time. This insures the safe keeping of your private information remaining
within the confines of the BehmHR offices only.
(2) Corporate and
Government Staffing Services
Unlike other companies
whom allow for your resume to be available to the corporate and government
communities for a small fee, BehmHR does not make any of this information
available for anyone outside of the BehmHR staff to view. This is for a number
of purposes but primarily because we provide a specialty staffing service which
emphasizes quality over quantity labor. We are not an online staffing
communications community.
We here at BehmHR
provide a staffing service emphasizing temporary labor (fluctuating short term
labor), contract labor (mid/long term nonpermanent labor), and permanent
staffing services. These services allow for on-the-go corporate and government
human resource officials to inform us specifically of the type of labor they
are looking for of which we then filter through our applicant resource pool to
find the highest quality applicants.
We therefore accept
resumes of all occupations and maintain a private database to provide a
reliable, security safe network full of qualified job seekers for our human
resource corporate and government clients.
In result, if you so
submit your resume into our database, it will remain private and confidential
information that is unavailable for anyone outside of our staff to view until
one of our employers contact us for employment services. If that employer is so
looking for labor that meets your professional qualification, you will then be
contacted and given a briefing of the staffing opportunity, and if you so
agree, will then complete a security and verification process of which if you
so then meet the expectations of BehmHR to represent our company in reference
to one of our client companies, you will then enter the final stages of the
hiring process and will make connection to the employer.
This process allows
BehmHR to provide the highest utmost security for both our job seekers and
employers while at the same time focusing on quality over quantity applicants
which helps our firm to better the reputation of ourselves and the overall
company of Behm Enterprises as a whole in which we represent.

BehmHR
does not track, collect, or distribute information about our web site visitors,
nor do we purchase any form of access to such information.
BehmHR

our determination of improving our company’s marketing resource lines. The
tracking of this information is solemnly general and we do not track detailed
information regarding each specific visit to our web site nor do we translate
this information into forms that allow us to obtain any form of an individual’s
personal information at a later time. Such tracking of the number of visitors
to our site is observed for the purposes of validating our pay per click
records with various search engine records.
To
maintain the privacy of our customers, Behm HR does not maintain customer
accounts, and all of the personal information of our customers is only
accessible by such specific customer via receipt of their purchase.

BehmHR does track repeat client purchases, but only for the beneficial purposes
