All users of Behm Enterprises
services, as well as the services of our division companies, mutually agree
to the following Terms of Use agreement:
Professionalism
No unlawful, unjust,
unprofessional, or generally inappropriate act will be committed by yourself
or the company you represent through the use of any of Behm Enterprises and
its division company’s services. Such forms of service include, but will not
be limited to:
Services requiring you to be
physically present in one of our offices.
Services requiring you and one or
more of our staff members
to communicate via phone, facsimile,
email, or ground mail.
Services in which may be obtained
through the general use of one of Behm Enterprises division company web sites.
Independent Communication
If one of Behm Enterprises
division companies requires, promotes, or generally enables its users to
independently communicate amongst themselves without any direct supervision by
the supporting Behm company, those users agree to the following:
They will conduct themselves in a
professional manner.
They will not post or spam other
users with advertising unrelated to promoting that specific Behm company for
which the communication is rendered.
They will not make effort to harm any Behm company in any applicable shape,
form, or fashion. If done so, through our discovery, that person or persons
understand that justice will be pursued in accordance with the severity of each
individual situation or by final conclusive means of binding arbitration.
Such applicable persons will not
resell public data containing other user information, if such a system exists
which promotes such information to be accessed publicly by choice of such
desired individuals via any Behm company.
Such relevant persons will not
make effort to solicit individuals via any Behm company web site for any
purpose including attempts to sell them some form of item or to convince them
to begin using a direct competitor of that relevant Behm company’s services.
Property Rights
Any information submitted by
users of our company services or websites understand and agree that such
information then becomes the property of Behm Enterprises.
Trademark Rights
All of the names, logos,
trademarks, patents, and copyrights of Behm Enterprises and its division
companies are all the property of Behm Enterprises. You may NOT use any of
these names, logos, trademarks, patents, and copyrights in any form, shape, or
fashion without the written consent of an Executive Officer of Behm Enterprises.
If any person or entity has broken our rights, Behm Enterprises will pursue
justice by means of binding arbitration in understanding that this provision is
taken more seriously above ALL other breaches in this terms of use agreement.
Business Types
Behm Enterprises and its division
companies respectfully express our rights to the fact that we reject services to
any direct competitor related to any of our companies, as well as any business
relating to pornography or any other form of adult entertainment.
Minors
Under rights set forth by law, no
persons under the age of 18 are permitted to use any of Behm Enterprises and
its division company’s services whatsoever. If you are under the age of 18, we
encourage you to look into entrepreneurism, and once you reach the legal age of
majority, and you will sooner than you think, we encourage you to consider
using many of the various professional business services Behm Enterprises and
its division companies provide.
Disciplinary Actions
If any part of this User Agreement
is breached by any visitor, user, or client; Behm Enterprises and its division
companies reserve the right to discontinue providing services to such
applicable persons. A similar form of disciplinary action in breaching this
agreement includes, but is far from limited to, cancellation of an account via
any Behm company, both online, by phone, facsimile, ground mail, and at any of
our offices, and such persons understand they may be added to our discreet x list
that continuously circulates with an updated version throughout each Behm
company regularly informing us of our unethical users and content abusers.
Also, depending upon the extent of such breach, justice may be pursued by means
of binding arbitration.
Liability
Behm Enterprises
and its division companies are not liable for any damages associated with our
various forms of disciplinary actions for breach of our universal terms of use
agreement. Out of respect for each individual and entity’s good name associated
with Behm Enterprises and its division companies, all of our users agree that
any legal dispute must first be settled via contacting the customer service
team through whichever Behm company you have a dispute with, and then if not
resolved, to the customer service representatives of Behm Enterprises main
offices, and if still not resolved must then go to a neutral mediator of both
parties mutual choosing. If such dispute is still not resolved, such a dispute
must ultimately be settled by means of binding arbitration as the final
solution.
Any damages made to any person,
party, entity or entities unrelated to Behm Enterprises and its division
companies is purely coincidental and Behm Enterprises and its division
companies will not be held responsible or liable for any such damages. Behm
Enterprises and its division company’s are developed in accordance of growing
commercial transactions and the services we provide are intended to help
individuals and the entity’s they may represent to the fullest extent possible to
increase those transactions without intruding into or assisting their personal
interests. If any indirect damages are caused by Behm Enterprises in the
regular course of business, it remains purely coincidental and Behm Enterprises
and its’ division companies accept no liability and will not be held
responsible if such damages occur. We solemnly provide our services to our
clients and users as requested, and we will never provide those services if it
is directly requested of us to help those individuals or the entity’s they may
represent in direction of harming the business of others outside of everyday
commercial practices relevant to the free market. Our services are provided
with neutral interests and will continue to be provided on that basis. If you

Refund of Breach
Behm Enterprises and its division
companies will not issue any refunds to any person or entity whatsoever if any
of our Behm companies discontinue providing services to a person or entity by
means of breaking this universal terms of use agreement.
Binding Obligation
By using any form of Behm
Enterprises and its division company’s services, you bind yourself in agreement
to the terms of this User Agreement which remains universally the same
throughout each Behm company. Behm Enterprises and its division companies hope
that you will report any individual that breaches this user agreement so that
we may take appropriate action.
